Contact us for our free credit repair classes.

    FEE:  $25.00 per household.
    Applicants must register for the workshop by calling Community Housing Initiative, Inc. at 321-253-0053.
    Once the $25.00 fee is recieved, the applicant will be registerd for the next HBE Class.
    Applicants will be given a CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION at the end of the workshop.
    Applicants participating in a down payment assistance program MUST attend this workshop PRIOR to closing.
    WBV = Willow Brook Village Apartments, 3033 College Wood Drive, Melbourne, FL 32934. This apartment complex is          
        located on the west side of Wickham Road directly in front of Brevard Community College's (BCC) Melbourne Campus.
        The Class is held in the clubhouse of the Willow Brook Village Apartments.
